Drivers to transport equipment to & from downtown – SUV/trucks helpful

Food Booth (parents supervise, kids staff)
1. Parent in charge of set-up (tables, signs, tablecloths, etc.)
2. 2-3 parents to monitor cash (approximately 10am-4pm); cash box from Chip
3. Donate goodies: 2-3 dozen, 3x3 squares (no frosting), individually wrapped
4. Supply booth items:
Napkins/Large Paper Plates/Markers
Tables – one rectangle or 2 card tables
Plastic table cloths
Band Shade Tent – Food Booth
Transport to and from downtown (truck would be best – tent is heavy to lift)
Set up/take down – return to Drake Monday morning
